Returns & Exchanges
If your urn was damaged in shipping, please let us know immediately. Every shipment is insured and your purchase will be refunded or replaced as soon as possible. We insure every shipment and may request photos of the damaged item and packaging for claim purposes.
Urns that have not been customized may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
We cannot accept returns of custom urns, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know.
