| This handmade urn is part of our new Classic Urn collection: simple, elegant forms paired with interesting glazes. The subtly wavy, silvery-blue color of this urn reminds me of the Italian coastline with its deep turquoise imbued with greens and warm browns toward the bottom. It would be perfect to honor the life of someone who love the sea, tropics, or travel in general. The flanged lid fits snugly into the base and can be permanently sealed with a few drops of epoxy on the rim. You will purchase the urn in the photos. Inspired by ancient Chinese & Japanese ceramics and the Mediterranean palette, the collection features vibrant & multi-layered glazes that accentuate the clean, elegant lines of the urns. Each urn is made on a potter's wheel, brush glazed, and fired in an electric kiln.
